Founded by two-time Grammy winner Tems, the Leading Vibe Initiative held its first in-person edition in Lagos, bringing together 20 young women producers, artists and songwriters for two days of mentorship and collaboration. Hennessy and Native Instruments backed the programme, and Native Instruments introduced custom demo software built for it. The initiative has since travelled to Nairobi and South Africa. FOLA supported the Lagos edition with PR and communications.
